Sunday Book Recco - doing some further reading on a subject I love - longevity. The book really stimulates your thinking about how we might all approach the morality of immortality in the future, I would say its worth checking out if you are new to the subject of ageing but for my fellow health hackers on here, Sinclair and de Grey cover the topic much better & in a lot more detail and they are scientists rather than investors 😉
What I do like is that it is full of optimism about the possibilities of life extension. In the not-too-distant future, Sergey believes, technology will enable the masses of humanity to live well into a second century and even beyond 💫
